Youth Entrepreneurship Exchange Program

YEEP Africa is an entrepreneurial initiative driven by PAWA Africa that gives young start-up founders the opportunity to pitch their ideas to a panel of entrepreneurship and investment experts. Open to residents of South Africa, Botswana, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Kenya and Zambia, it aims to help young people achieve their dreams of starting and running a successful business.

 The Youth Entrepreneurship Exchange Program is an annual bootcamp hosted in Johannesburg for aspiring young entrepreneurs. 

AFAWA Women’s Entrepreurship Enablers Programme

PAWA Africa have been selected as part of the first cohort of enablers for stronger Women Small and Medium Enterprises (WSMEs), launched by a flagship initiative of African Development Bank – The Affirmative Finance Action for Women in Africa (AFAWA). 

 AFAWA is a pan-African initiative to bridge the $42 billion financing gap facing women in Africa. Roadshows kick-off in August 2022 and we hope to meet WSMES based in South Africa. Application details coming soon in August 2022.

All4Youth Sub Saharan Regional Alliance

As the official implementation partner of the All4Youth SSA collaborative intervention spear headed by various multinational companies, we assist alliance partners to create and implement employability programmes, mentorship and training initiatives that will equip the youth with essential workplace skills. This includes developing Work-Readiness programmes, Career eGuides, Virtual Mentorship Programmes, Peer-to-Peer Communities and providing Digital Marketing Services.
